Tervetuloa yhdistyksen sääntömääräiseen kevätkokoukseen torstaina 6.3.2025 klo 19.30. Kokous pidetään harjoitusten päätteeksi Acranumin AAVA-luentosalissa. Kevätkokouksessa käsitellään vuoden 2024 toimintakertomus, tilinpäätös (tuloslaskelma ja tase) ja toiminnantarkastuskertomus sekä päätetään vuoden 2024 toimijoiden vastuuvapaudesta. Lisäksi käsitellään ehdotus kannatushintaisen jäsenmaksun lisäämisestä ja valitaan esiintymisasutyöryhmä jatkamaan aiemmin aloitettua esiintymisasujen uudistusta. Kokouksen liitteet on lähetetty kuoron sähköpostilistalle.

Yhdistyksen sääntöjen mukaan kokouskutsu on toimitettava jäsenistölle sähköpostitse ja julkaistavaksi kuoron verkkosivuilla viimeistään ennen viikkoa ennen kokousta. Vain jäsenillä on kokouksessa äänioikeus.

Hi singers!

Welcome to the choir’s Spring General Meeting. The meeting will be held on Thursday March 6th at 7.30 pm at Aava, Arcanum.

The Spring General Meeting is held annually to present detailed information about choir’s performance and discuss the 2024 annual report, financial report (income statement and balance sheet) as well as operations inspectors’ report. The meeting will also discharge the previous board from legal liability if the association sees it fit. In addition we will discuss the proposal of adding a supporting membership fee for active singers and select a performance attire working group to continue the renewal of the choir’s performance outfits.

The Meeting will be held in Finnish. However you can be in touch with the board or your section leader in case you wish help with translation. Attending the performance attire working group is possible in English if the selected members are able and feel comfortable communicating in English.

The invitation to the General Meeting accompanied with the relevant documents needs to be sent at latest a week before the meeting to all members of the association. Only members of the choir can vote on matters during the meeting.
