Hei kuoro!

Tervetuloa yhdistyksen ylimääräiseen kokoukseen torstaina 8.5. klo 21.15. Kokous pidetään harjoitusten jälkeen Proffan kellarin kabineteissa. Kokouksessa käsitellään ehdotus merkkityöryhmän päivittämästä merkkiohjesäännöstä. Kokouksen liitteet on lähetetty kuoron sähköpostilistalle.

Yhdistyksen sääntöjen mukaan kokouskutsu on toimitettava jäsenistölle sähköpostitse ja julkaistavaksi kuoron verkkosivuilla viimeistään viikkoa ennen kokousta. Vain jäsenillä on kokouksessa äänioikeus.

Hi singers!

Welcome to the association's additional meeting. The meeting will be held on Thursday May 8th at 9.15 pm at Proffan Kellari.

The additional meeting will discuss the proposal to update the choir's Merkkiohjesääntö. The meeting will be held in Finnish. However you can be in touch with the board if you would like help with translation.

The invitation to the choir's additional meeting accompanied with the relevant documents needs to be sent to all members of the association at least one week before the meeting. The documents have been sent via email. Only members of the choir can vote on matters during the meeting.
